The responsibility for choosing and purchasing products lies solely with the Customer.

Product Availability

Our product offers are valid within the limits of available stock, as indicated at the time of the order.

Proof of Transactions

Unless proven otherwise, the information recorded in the Seller's computer system constitutes proof of all transactions made with the Customer.

Export Outside Metropolitan France

For any order intended for a country other than mainland France, the Customer is considered the importer of the ordered products.

Pricing and Price Revisions

The prices displayed are fixed and non-modifiable during their validity period. Outside of this period, the Seller reserves the right to revise the prices at any time.
