Delivery of Watches

Custom or made-to-order watches require a longer processing and delivery time to ensure optimal quality.

1. Assembly (Processing & Preparation Time)

It takes 3 to 5 business days to assemble and test your watch, ensuring optimal performance before shipping.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

Once assembled, your watch is shipped using one of our trusted carriers:

For France and Europe: We ship with DHL, Colissimo, and Mondial Relay.
For International Orders: We use USPS for worldwide shipping.

All shipping services take approximately 10 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Overall Timeline

From assembly to final delivery, the entire process takes approximately 13 to 20 business days (Monday to Friday).

Delivery of Accessories

All accessories are shipped within 48 business hours after your order is confirmed. In Europe, accessory deliveries are typically completed within a maximum of 15 business days.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your package in real time.

Once your package has been shipped, it first goes through other shipping services before being handed over to the final carrier. This process takes about ten days for the final carrier to receive the package on their logistics platform. Once it is processed, you will receive more delivery information, and it will be delivered shortly after.
