Return and Refund Policy

Return and Exchange Conditions

You can return or exchange the items ordered in the following cases:

  • Satisfactory but Unsatisfactory Item: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, returns or exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

    • The item must not be a customized model.
    • The watch must be in perfect condition, unworn, and returned in its original packaging.
    • The return request must be made within 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Defective Item: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request a repair or replacement under the following conditions:

    • A worn watch will not be refunded, but it can be repaired or exchanged.
    • Return shipping costs will be covered by us. If a defect is confirmed after inspection, we will refund these costs.
    • We will cover the shipping costs for the return of the item once it has been repaired or exchanged.
    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage during transport.

Return Procedure

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and inform you within a reasonable period if you are eligible for a refund or exchange. If your request is approved:

  • We will replace the item or refund its purchase price, depending on the original payment method.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, and the refunded amount will not include these fees.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason other than a defect, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If the return is due to a confirmed defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Abuse Prevention

To prevent abuse, the following measures are applied:

  • Strict Control: If your return request is made at the end of the 30-day period, special attention will be given to the examination of your request.
  • Customer’s Responsibility for Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are always your responsibility, except in the case of a proven defect.
  • Sanctions for Abusive Returns: In cases of fraud or clear abuse, measures may be taken, including the refusal of a refund and non-return of the watch.
