Return and Refund Policy

Return Period (30 Days)

We offer our customers an extended return period. You may return your purchase within 30 days from the date you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) physically take possession of the goods.

This policy applies to all international customers as well. In accordance with European and international consumer protection regulations, your statutory rights may vary depending on your country of residence, but we guarantee a minimum 14-day withdrawal period (extended to 30 days by our policy).

How to Exercise Your Right of Return

To exercise your right of return, you must notify us clearly before the expiration of the 30-day period. You may use the withdrawal form provided in our Terms and Conditions, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Return

  • If you return your order, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method than the standard one we offer), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to return.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

  • The returned item must not be a customized model.
  • The product must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must return the goods no later than 30 days after you have notified us of your decision to return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are at your expense (including for international orders).
  • If the return is due to a confirmed defect or non-conformity, we will cover the return shipping costs, including for international orders.

Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund. In this case, return shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
