A Chrono Mod is a custom watch built around Japanese automatic movements and premium components. Each piece is individually assembled to reflect your unique style, combining precision, reliability, and creativity.
We use Japanese NH-series calibres: NH34, NH35, NH36, NH38, NH70 and NH72 (automatic), plus VK63 (mecha-quartz). These movements are supplied to watchmakers unbranded, which is why you will not find a logo on the rotor. Every movement is tested before shipping.
Your watch is hand-assembled to order in our partner workshop in China, from components we select ourselves, then water-tested before it ships to you. Chrono Mod is a French company, and our team answers your questions before and after your order.
Water resistance depends on the model and is listed in the specifications of each product page. The case back comes with the model: it is not an option you can change in the configurator.
Models with a transparent sapphire case back are made for rain and splashes, not for swimming.
Each Chrono Mod watch is hand-assembled and tested with care. Assembly takes 3 to 5 business days, then your watch ships with tracking.
Total time from order to delivery depends on your country: 9 to 13 business days for Germany and Benelux, 11 to 17 for France, 13 to 22 for the United States and Canada, and 11 to 25 for most other destinations. Your exact delivery dates are shown in your cart and at checkout.
Yes, every watch ships free worldwide, fully tracked and insured, with duties and taxes prepaid. Accessories ordered on their own ship free from €150 (€6.90 below).
No. We cover all customs and import fees for international orders. You will not be charged anything beyond what you pay at checkout.
You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is not a custom-built model
- It is unused and in perfect condition
- It is returned in its original packaging
Please note: customized watches are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.
All Chrono Mod watches come with a 2-year warranty covering mechanical defects. If any issue arises due to assembly or component failure, we’ll repair or replace your watch at no cost.
Please note: the warranty does not cover accidental damage, water exposure if the case back is transparent, or normal wear and tear.
