Your watch is assembled by hand, to order, in our partner workshop in China, then tested before it ships.

Your watch is hand-assembled to order in our partner workshop in China, from components we select ourselves, then water-tested before it ships to you. Chrono Mod is a French company, and our team answers your questions before and after your order.
Each Chrono Mod watch is hand-assembled and tested with care, then ships with tracking.
Total time from order to delivery depends on your country: 10-14 business days for France, 12-20 for Germany, Austria and Benelux, 12-17 for the rest of the European Union, 13-18 for the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Liechtenstein and Kosovo, and 17-22 for the United States, Canada and other destinations. Your exact delivery dates are shown in your cart and at checkout.
You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is not a custom-built model
- It is unused and in perfect condition
- It is returned in its original packaging
Please note: customized watches are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.
Every Chrono Mod watch comes with a 2-year international warranty, starting the day you receive it. It covers the movement, the assembly, and water resistance up to the rating of your model: if something fails in normal use, we repair or replace your watch at no cost.
Not covered: shocks and accidental damage, water beyond your model's rating (a transparent case back is rated 3 ATM: splashes and rain only, no swimming), normal wear, and straps, bracelets, clasps and spring bars, which are wear parts. Read the full warranty.
