Every Chrono Mod order ships 100% free, no matter where you are in the world. Your watch is fully insured during transit. If anything happens, we've got you covered.
Delivery of Watches
Your watch is handcrafted to order, not pulled from a shelf. Every timepiece is individually assembled, tested for accuracy, and quality-checked before it leaves our workshop.
1. Handcrafted Assembly: 3 to 5 Business Days
Our watchmakers carefully assemble your custom configuration by hand. Each watch undergoes precision testing and a 48-hour quality control check to ensure flawless performance before shipping.
2. Shipping: 5 to 10 Business Days
Once your watch passes inspection, it's securely packaged and shipped via our trusted carriers:
- France & Europe: DHL Express, Colissimo, or Mondial Relay. Fast, reliable delivery with full tracking.
- International (US, Canada & Worldwide): USPS Priority. Trackable from our workshop to your door.
3. Total Delivery Time: 10 to 15 Business Days
From the moment you place your order to the moment your watch is on your wrist: 10 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday). Most orders arrive within 10 days.
Delivery of Accessories
Accessories are in stock and ship within 48 hours of your order. European deliveries arrive in 5 to 15 business days.
Real-Time Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Track your package in real time from our workshop all the way to your door.
Please note: after initial dispatch, your package may transfer between logistics partners before reaching the final carrier. Updated tracking information will appear within a few days of the transfer.
