Your watch is assembled to order in 3–5 business days, then shipped tracked. Total delivery time depends on your country: 9–13 business days for Germany and Benelux, 11–17 for France, 13–22 for the United States and Canada, and 11–25 for most other destinations (Switzerland: 20–30). Your exact delivery dates are shown in your cart and at checkout. You'll get tracking updates at every stage.
No. All duties and taxes are prepaid: the price you see is the price you pay, with no surprise fees at delivery, anywhere in the world.
A watch you customise in the configurator is built to order specifically for you, so it can't be returned or refunded, but if anything is ever wrong with it, we'll always make it right. Every watch is covered by a 2-year warranty.

Your watch is hand-assembled to order in our partner workshop in China, from components we select ourselves, then water-tested before it ships to you. Chrono Mod is a French company, and our team answers your questions before and after your order.
Your watch arrives in a black presentation box, with a screwdriver to adjust the bracelet links and a spring-bar tool to swap straps, and a Chrono Mod cleaning cloth. Everything you need to size and change your watch at home.

Every Chrono Mod watch is sealed with a screw-down crown and built for everyday water resistance: rain, hand-washing and everyday exposure are no problem.
