Product & Watch Information
A Chrono Mod is a customized watch built using authentic Seiko movements and premium components. Each piece is individually assembled to reflect your unique style — combining precision, reliability, and creativity.
We use Seiko NH38, NH34, NH35, NH36, NH70, NH72 (automatic) and VK63, VK64 (mecha-quartz) movements — all renowned for their durability, accuracy and value. Every movement is tested before shipping.
Each watch is fully assembled, tested for accuracy and power reserve, and visually inspected before shipping. We ensure every piece meets our high-quality standards.
Yes — our watches are water-resistant up to 100 meters, but only when using a solid stainless steel case back. This option ensures optimal sealing for everyday wear and even swimming.
If the model you're viewing doesn’t offer a steel case back by default, you can fully customize it using our configurator and select the steel case back manually. For best water resistance, avoid choosing the transparent sapphire case back.
Absolutely. You can choose every component in our configurator — or contact us directly if you want a custom combination beyond the available options.
Yes. You can choose between a solid steel case back (recommended for water resistance) or a transparent sapphire case back (aesthetic, but not guaranteed waterproof). Just mention your preference when placing your order.

Each watch comes with a sizing tool to help you easily adjust the bracelet to your wrist. You can do it at home in just a few minutes.
To set the time, simply unscrew the crown, pull it to the second position, and rotate it to the desired time. For detailed instructions, feel free to contact us.
Yes — we can send you photos of your watch before shipping if it is available in stock and already assembled. Just let us know in advance by email or WhatsApp.

We accept all major payment methods, both online and in person. These include:

Yes. You will automatically receive an invoice by email once your order is confirmed. A printed invoice is also included inside your package.

Delivery, Returns & Customer Protection
Each Chrono Mod watch is hand-assembled and tested with care. Assembly takes 3 to 5 business days. Once ready, your watch is shipped and typically delivered within 8 to 12 business days.
The full process — from production to delivery — takes approximately 10 to 15 business days.
Yes. All orders include free worldwide shipping — no minimum purchase, no hidden fees.
No. We cover all customs and import fees for international orders. You will not be charged anything beyond what you pay at checkout.
Once your watch is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow your parcel anytime via our tracking page:

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, please contact us at contact@chrono-mod.com. We’ll immediately investigate the situation and ensure your watch is delivered as quickly as possible.
You may return your watch within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is not a custom-built model
- It is unused and in perfect condition
- It is returned in its original packaging
Please note: customized watches are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.
If your watch has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. We also cover return shipping in this case. Contact us with a brief explanation and, if possible, a short video.
If the return is due to a defect or issue on our end, we cover all shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Please contact us at contact@chrono-mod.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will guide you through the entire process.
We offer a 30-day risk-free satisfaction guarantee. If you're not fully satisfied with your watch and it meets our return conditions, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Our priority is your satisfaction.
Order Help & Changes
Please check your spam or promotions folder — confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, contact us at contact@chrono-mod.com and we’ll resend the confirmation and verify your order status.
Yes — if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can cancel it for you. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@chrono-mod.com. Once the watch has been assembled or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible due to the custom nature of our products.
If you’d like to modify your order (dial, strap, case, etc.), just contact us before the assembly or shipping process begins. We’ll update your order details and make sure everything is perfect before it leaves our workshop.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can still update the shipping address. Please email us immediately at contact@chrono-mod.com with your corrected details. Once shipped, changes are unfortunately no longer possible.
Yes. If you need to modify your billing information, simply email us at contact@chrono-mod.com with the new details. We’ll make the necessary updates in your file.

If you’re experiencing a problem with your watch, don’t worry. Contact us at contact@chrono-mod.com with a clear description and, if possible, a short video of the issue. We’ll review it and offer a solution — repair, replacement, or guidance — as quickly as possible.
All Chrono Mod watches come with a 2-year warranty covering mechanical defects. If any issue arises due to assembly or component failure, we’ll repair or replace your watch at no cost.
Please note: the warranty does not cover accidental damage, water exposure if the case back is transparent, or normal wear and tear.
